90 Day Fiancé: Fans Think Colt’s Exercise Routine Is Hilarious

Colt Johnson is working on his revenge body. After being dumped by Jess Caroline, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After‘s Colt has hit the gym. Well, actually the play park. But, the TLC star now has a friend Steve to guide him through his fitness journey. On last night’s episode of 90 Day Fiancéfans saw Colt inch towards living his best OnlyFans life, but watching him throw up right after made them comment, “at least you tried.”

Compared to last Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? this week was low on Colt content. Jess famously broke up with Colt after accusing him of sexting eight different girls via DM, despite being in a relationship with her. Hearing that Vanessa Guerra moved into his house made things worse for Colt, and Jess walked right out of his Las Vegas home and straight into ex-wife Larrissa’s arms. The Brazilian women discussed his private parts and mother Debbie, and became BFFs’ faster that one could say “cheater.” For a hot minute on the new 90 Day Fiancé episode, it looked like Colt realized his mistake when he admitted to Vanessa leaving his house and Debbie’s interference in his life. Then, a new friend of was introduced to TLC fans who seemed to talk sense into Colt, but the exercise routine they witnessed before Steve’s arrival was worthy of a “LOL.”

On the September 13 episode, Colt, 34 is seen playing hopscotch in an outdoor gym when he says, “Ever since my breakup with Jess, I’m at a weird spot in my life. I don’t really like what I see in the mirror.” The 90 Day Fiancé star adds, “I’ve decided to work on myself, try to lose weight and just be healthy,” as he slips from gymnastic rings and later throws up. Colt is then seen speaking to Steve, his friend for a year who he hangs out with more frequently after splitting with Jess. “Colt has a lot of self-destructive behaviors. He really needs to dig deep internally and figure out who he is as a person,” tells Steve to the camera as he echoes the thoughts of everyone watching. Colt admits to being thankful for Steve since he’s “been alone again” after Vanessa moved out. Steve teaches him how to meditate and then asks him to tell Debbie to stop interfering in his life. Colt takes his friend’s advice for self-care and agrees to confront Debbie, which fans will see in next week’s 90 Day Fiancé episode. In the meantime, fans can occupy themselves by chuckling again and again at Colt’s exercise routine, a piece of which can be seen in the tweet below:

The internet has its own take on Colt’s fitness program. “I’m not a fan of Colt, but TLC did him dirty with that opening sequence at the outdoor gym,” wrote a 90 Day Fiancé fan on Twitter. Another typed, “I fell off my couch when I saw this,” while another one felt that, “There’s more chemistry between Colt and Steve than there is between Larissa and Eric.” Some TLC viewers, on the other hand, felt that it was good to see Colt finally opting to live a balanced lifestyle and turning over a new page.

Off-screen, Colt’s ex-girlfriend Jess is now married to Brian Hanvey, a man she was introduced to by ex-wife Larissa. The shocking turn of events surely must have prompted Colt to hit reset his old ways, and he seems to have regained his confidence enough to flaunt his physique on OnlyFans. The reality TV star promised his fans that he would show character development towards the end of this season. Colt’s exercise routine, although it seemed like it was inserted for comedic relief, seems to be a sign of him taking a turn for better things in his 90 Day Fiancé storyline.
