My thought has always been it should be a dashboard for our clients, that starts with what questions should they want answers to. If we do a good job with the marketing report format in excel the dashboard will be set up to show them all the answers we want them to have. Namely how much ROI their marketing investment is driving, and this leads them to want to invest more with us on a monthly basis. If their marketing is producing an ROI of 100% or greater very often it is easy to get them to continuously increase their marketing budget with our company. Stuart Trier
